When looking for Disney Vacation deals you need to be aware of some information that could save you time and money when visiting Disney World.

1.Make sure you will be available during the times indicated on the vacation package. They usually limit you to a specific number of days or weekdays. Always check your dates of arrival and the time you are allowed to check in! You do not want to book a flight and land in Orlando at 10h00 but only be able to access your hotel room at 16h00. This would completely break down your spirit.

2.You must find a website that will help you do all your online bookings quickly, safely and easily. All you have to do is type in the area you would be visiting i.e. Disney World, and then choose your dates of arrival and departure. What should be revealed is a huge selection of hotels, motels, resorts and guest accommodation. You can narrow your search down from a 1 to a 5 star venue. 3.Each venue needs to be very well described; pictures will make your choice a lot easier. The website must show you a map of where exactly each venue is. It will also tell you what type of accommodation they have and how many people they can accommodate. They should have guest reviews of the accommodation basically measuring staff, services, cleanliness, comfort and value for money. They need to be very open reviews, so good or bad; you get to see them all. There will also be recommendations of visiting the resort again. This just makes it easier when you are indecisive as to which hotel to book at if you have 3 options that meet your budget requirements.

4.Each hotel has pictures of the inside of the rooms as well as outside. Yes I know what you are saying, "pictures can be deceiving". I agree with you, but this booking company takes pride in what they offer. They are worried about their brand out there. Trust me; a lot of effort has been done to make this site a truly spectacular service so fake pictures will not be on the agenda. Check out people's reviews of the venue as these will reflect pictures. Someone might say "Pictures are not exactly as website," then you know this venue is not entirely honest.

5.Find out the following before booking: Does the booking service charge a booking fee when booking with them? What type of payment is accepted? Do they accept all types of credit cards? They generally accept all types of credit cards, but they do ask you before booking to read what credit cards will be accepted for payment at each specific hotel. What happens if you cancel your booking? Will they refund you or not? Read those terms and conditions. Can you book telephonically? Is the booking page encrypted? Do they do encrypt personal and credit card information? It is advisable to ask your booking agent. If you do not get the answers you are looking for, or if they cannot give you clear answers, find another booking agent.
